Short note – Leadership must warn

When it comes to leadership when we fail to warn someone of misbehavior then the adversary gains a measure of influence over us, it comes to our condemntation. But if we warn them and they pay it no heed, there is no effect on us.

We cannot bring someone else’s blood on our heads by failing to offer proper warnings to those we have authority over without giving the adversary greater influence in our life.

But we cannot do something that will wash our garments of the blood of those over whom we have authority without freeing ourselves, to some degree, of the adversary’s influence and giving the light of Christ and Holy Ghost greater influence in our life instead.
