One secret to getting inspiration in family history work and missionary work is to just start somewhere. Start anywhere you want. Then, because you started, the Lord can give you inspiration about where to best put your efforts.
If you wait to start until you have inspiration, you may wait many years or never start at all. Many don’t. But if you just start either of these, then because you went ahead and started the Lord can and will inspire you.
